Willow Moon Collective takes every care to ensure that the descriptions of our products are as accurate as possible.
Every effort has been made to show the product colours exactly as possible. We cannot accept responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you.
Products displayed on this website are only available whilst stocks last.
ORDERS
Orders placed with Willow Moon Collective will not be accepted & no contract will be formed between us until you have been instructed that said goods are available and that all goods and applicable charges have been paid in full.
Willow Moon Collective will confirm acceptance of your order on receipt of cleared funds via email (where a valid email address has been provided).
Conversely you will also be notified via email if an item is unavailable.
Please allow 2-6 working days for any Immediately Available item to be ready for shipping.
Please allow 7-14 working days for any Custom Order item to be handmade and ready for shipping.
In the unlikely event of delay, you will be notified immediately.
PAYMENT METHOD
All online payments are processed safely and securely through our payment services provider, PayPal. PayPal automatically encrypts all sensitive information ensuring your financial & personal information remains private. You can review the PayPal privacy policy at www.paypal.com.
You do not need a PayPal account to use PayPal as all major debit & credit cards are accepted.

Information submitted through our website is used only for the purpose of processing your order and completing your project. We do not share your information with third parties and communication with you is only initiated for the purpose of processing your order and completing your project unless you sign up for our mailing list, which is opt-in only. Directions for unsubscribing to our mailing list are present at the bottom of each and every mailing. You can also contact us to request to be removed.
Changes to our policy will be made public on this Privacy Policy page. An email may not be sent out, however we will adopt the same privacy practices throughout our company's duration (in other words, we will not suddenly change the policy to state that we will start selling your information, there will only be adjustments made to conform to current laws or to provide you with more privacy).
