SHIPPING POLICY

Willow Moon Collective standard shipping on most orders is approximately 5-14 days. Each product listing will give an estimate on when the item will ship.

Please allow extra working days for any Custom Order item to be handmade and ready for shipping.

For Standard Shipping we use UPS Ground Delivery and USPS.  You will be emailed your tracking number when your order ships.  We do not ship internationally at this time.

Lisa Pearson Designs accepts returns within 30 days of receipt for a refund, exchange or store credit.  Shipping charges will not be refunded.  You will be responsible for any return shipping costs.  You will be responsible for shipping charges if a return is exchanged.  The following items are NOT returnable:  sale items and custom items.  

Please include your order number and/or packing slip with your return.   Also, please provide your contact information: name, address, phone and/or email address.  Items must be in the original packaging or may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective you need to notify customer service 720.202.2094 or lisapearsondesigns@gmail.com within 10 days of receipt to file a claim.
